REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
CURRENT STUDENTS - Registration can be mailed in or you may register at the office Monday through Friday from 4pm-9pm, and on Saturdays from 9am-2pm. Registration cards can be printed from our website, can be mailed to you, or you can stop in to fill one out.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION - Register for new enrollment during the office hours listed above. Newcomers are welcome at anytime and classes can be prorated for latecomers. Skill testing is available at the time of registration, (please try to call us in advance if your child needs skill testing so that we can have a teacher readily available).
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE - All students (including team members) are required to pay an annual $40 membership fee every August during Fall registration. This fee will be prorated for session registrations that follow.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE - Registration forms require a minimum $40 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. All tuition and annual membership fees must be paid in full by your child’s first day of class. Payments can be made at the office or by mail. If you are signing up more than one child there is a $10 discount from the tuition for each additional child, Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions ($5 discount for the Summer Session). If the same child is signing up for more than one class in the same session, the second class is 1/2 off. New Students get $10 off, Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions ($5 discount for the Summer Session). Only the greatest discount can be taken.

A $15 late fee will be added to your balance each month the balance is overdue.
MAKE-UP CLASSES - Students who miss a class due to illness or some other reasonable excuse are allowed to make up in a class of the same level which has fewer than the maximum 8 kids (6-7 preschool kids), during the session in which the class was missed. 24 hours advance notice is required, otherwise we will give your child a free pass to open gym. *No Make-up classes are offered for Team classes.
