REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

All students will need an account on our NEW I-Class Portal

Click the above  link and type swissturners in as the account name.

Then proceed to setting up a family account AND adding all your children who may participate in

CLASSES or OPEN GYM or BIRTHDAY PARTIES at Swiss Turners!

CURRENT STUDENTS - PRIORITY registration for current students begins Thursday, April 25th!  Register First for the class that works best for your family!   NEW THIS SESSION - Summer session registration will be ONLINE!  Please use our I-Class Pro Portal to register your child!   Registration can still be done in Person during our normal office Hours. Monday through Thursday from 4pm-7:30pm and Saturdays from 9am-1pm.  Over the phone registrations will not be allowed.

 

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION - Registration for the Summer Session for NEW families will begin Wednesday, May 1st.   Register online or in Person, no over the phone registrations will be allowed.  Newcomers are welcome at anytime and classes can be prorated for latecomers. Skill testing is available for students over 6 years old with prior gymnastics experience.   Please either call the office or stop in to get a skills test set up (24 Hours Notice Required)

 

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE - All students (including team members) are required to pay an annual $40 membership fee every August during Fall registration. This fee will be prorated for  session registrations that follow.

 

Fall Session            $40.00

Winter Session       $30.00

Spring Session       $20.00

Summer Session    $10.00 (Waived for NEW Students - Summer 2024)

 

PAYMENT PROCEDURE - Registration requires full payment at the time of registration.  This payment is nonrefundable. If you are signing up more than one child there is a $10 discount from the tuition for each additional child, Fall, Winter and Spring Sessions ($5 discount for the Summer Session). If the same child is signing up for more than one class in the same session, the less expensive of the 2 classes gets 1/2 off on the cost. Only the greatest discount can be taken.

MAKE-UP CLASSES - Students who miss a class due to illness or some other reasonable excuse are allowed to make up in a class of the same level which has fewer than the maximum 8 kids (6-7 preschool kids), during the session in which the class was missed. 24 hours advance notice is required, otherwise we will give your child a free pass to open gym. *No Make-up classes are offered for Team classes.
